ANSWERS:

1. Do you offer invitation samples?
Unfortunately we don't offer invitation samples at this time. However, you may order in minimum quantity first (10 pieces) before ordering in bulk, and if you don't love them for any reasons, they may be returned for a refund.

2. I like a design but it doesn't match my color schemes. Can you customize the design and how much does it cost?
Absolutely! We will gladly customize the design to match your colors at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

3. I need to add additional lines to my invitation wording, can you help with the text positioning?
Definitely! You may send us your text (or mock-up text), and we will create a new template for you with the appropriate format and alignment.

4. How much does shipping cost and how long will it take to receive my order?

8. Can I cancel or make changes to my order once it is placed?
You may log into your Zazzle account here and go to Order History to cancel your order as long as it is pending and not yet processed. Then, you can re-personalize your item and replace your order. If your order had already been processed, you may contact Zazzle customer service here (and please include your order number).

9. Will you edit my photo or text once I submitted the order?
Unfortunately, we (Berry Berry Sweet) are just the graphic design provider. Once the order is submitted, it is handled and shipped directly by Zazzle (the printing company), so we have no authorization to access your account or order history. However, you may contact Zazzle customer service here (and please include your order number), and a Zazzle representative will be able to assist you.

10. Do you offer volume discount when I buy in bulk?
Most definitely! In fact, the more you buy, the more you will save! Even better, you don't have to buy multiples of the same product to receive a volume discount. For example, when you purchase wedding invitations and add invitation elements such as rsvp cards, directions cards, thank you cards, and more, the total amount can be combined to receive a volume discount.
