Terms, Shipping, and Returns

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of personalized products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If your order became damaged or lost in shipping, please contact us. We will work with you to replace your order. Any problems with your order must be reported within 10 days of delivery. We will not be able to offer credits or replacements after that time period. If your order was damaged during shipping, please keep your original packaging as proof. The carrier will schedule a time with you to inspect the damage. Once a claim has been processed, we will send you an email with a resolution.

Changes and Cancellations

To provide our customers a fast turnaround time, orders are processed almost immediately after being placed. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. Please be sure to review your personalization and selected product options for accuracy, spelling, and grammar before submitting your order. We are not responsible for incorrect/incomplete text or incorrect option selections.

Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally or to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please enter a physical U.S. address.

Personalized products are made to order, and production time is IN ADDITION to shipping time. Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow for 1-2 additional business days during the holiday season (November – December).

Shipping times are intended only to be used as an estimation. We are unable to guarantee the arrival of any packages by the estimated date. Please use our shipping guide at your discretion.

Shipping issues and delays are rare but are possible from time to time. Once a package has been shipped, we are at the mercy of the shipping carrier and we kindly ask that you be patient with us. We are happy to help you in any way that we can by reaching out to the shipping carrier to find out more information. However, we can only provide as much information as we are given by the shipping carrier. We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience as we work with you and the shipping carrier in resolving the situation.

If there is any problem with your shipment, please reach out to us with your order number and tracking number. We will contact the shipping carrier and begin the trace/investigation process. If they are not able to locate the missing items, we would be happy to reprint or refund based on your needs.

Copyright, Trademark, and Acceptable Content

We reserve the right to refuse to print any artwork submitted that violates copyright or trademark laws, as well as any artwork that may contain material that could be considered offensive.

Acceptable Content Guidelines

We ask that you respect the work and creative rights of others. You must own or have permission from the owner of the rights to print.

We ask that content be respectful of others and the law, so please keep that in mind before hitting the submit button. Any content you upload that we deem could be defamatory, obscene, profane, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable is subject to review and rejection.

Profane content includes “grossly offensive” language. Obscene content includes designs or text deemed sexually explicit or implicit, lewd, or pornographic.

We reserve the right to decline your design content at our discretion.

Indemnification and Limitation of Liability Agreement

For all Materials You submit for printing or processing, You warrant and confirm that You own any applicable trademark and/or copyright or have permission to copy the Materials, and that the Materials do not infringe upon any existing trademark, copyright or other proprietary right.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Berry Berry Sweet, LLC. harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees and legal expenses) that arise directly or indirectly from: (a) Your breach of any provision of this Agreement; (b) any allegation that any Materials You provided for printing or processing constitute Infringing Materials, including but not limited to claims of infringement of trademark, copyright or other property of personal right, or claims of plagiarism, libel, obscenity, invasion of privacy, or any other unlawfulness based upon, arising out of or pertaining to the Materials; (c) any of Your activities conducted in connection with the creation, printing or distribution of the Materials submitted by You for printing or processing.

Upon reasonable notice to You of any claim, demand or suit which may involve the matters subject to this Agreement, You agree to timely and fully cooperate in the defense thereof.
