Return Policy
- Digital files are available instantly after purchase and cannot be returned or refunded.
- If you have trouble accessing your files, please contact us and we’re happy to help.
Digital Product Terms
- No physical items will be shipped for digital orders.
- Templates are editable in Templett, a free and user-friendly online editing application. There is no need to download any font or software. Editing instructions are included.
- Templates can not be edited on mobile devices. You must use a desktop or laptop computer to access the app.
- Please try our Free Demo before purchasing to see how the template works.
- Colors vary from screen to screen based on settings and your printed products may look different from that shown on your computer screen. We have test printed our products and calibrated our color chart to obtain optimum results. However, due to screen variations, we cannot guarantee that the printed colors will match those shown on the buyer’s monitors.
- You may print the downloaded files as many times as you need as long as it is for your own Personal Use only. You may not share the files with anyone. Resale or commercial use of any kind is not permitted.
- You may not claim ownership to any of our templates (modified or otherwise) or any individual element of our templates. You may not extract individual template elements to create a separate project.
Physical Items
Return Policy
- All of our physical products are made to order and crafted specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of these items, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please double-check all details, including names, dates, colors, and spelling, before submitting your order.
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to a production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.
Shipping and Turnaround Times
- At this time, we only offer shipping within the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally or to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please enter a physical U.S. address.
- Personalized products are made to order, and production time is IN ADDITION to shipping time. Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow for 1-2 additional business days during the holiday season (November – December).
- Shipping times are intended only to be used as an estimation. We are unable to guarantee the arrival of any packages by the estimated date. Please use our shipping guide at your discretion.
- Shipping issues and delays are rare but are possible from time to time. Once a package has been shipped, we are at the mercy of the shipping carrier and we kindly ask that you be patient with us. We are happy to help you in any way that we can by reaching out to the shipping carrier to find out more information. However, we can only provide as much information as we are given by the shipping carrier. We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience as we work with you and the shipping carrier in resolving the situation.
- If there is any problem with your shipment, please reach out to us with your order number and tracking number. We will contact the shipping carrier and begin the trace/investigation process. If they are not able to locate the missing items, we would be happy to reprint or refund based on your needs.
